I am not so sure I rate as an old diehard. I started this addiction part time when I was 16, am now 40. My position now is more in sales and scheduling, training, etc. I still save a few good climbs for my professional sanity. Some call my professional progression a success. To be honest with you I'm not so sure. When you are no longer climbing each and every day you really appreciate every little fix. I truly hope your health and mine hold out for many years to come. You should check out the " Tree Climber's Companion ". I am sure your views would be welcome with open arms.
