Forestry Equipment Operator (EO-I)

The City of Albany, New York seeks a motivated individual to join the Department of General Service’s Forestry Division.

Minimum of one year's experience operating a Commercial Vehicle requiring a Class B Commercial Diverse License (CDL) with Air Brake Endorsement is required.  This is a full time (7am-3pm), year round union position. Duties include: operating various forestry equipment in the performance of line clearance, general pruning, and tree removal/stump grinding with a crew of 2-3 other Forestry professionals.
