This full time position is directly responsible for field activities of the Arbor Care division and the support thereof to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

Job Duties:

-Climbing trees
-Bucket work
-Pruning
-Rigging and roping techniques
-Usage of chainsaws, wood chipper, and other various arboriculture equipment
-Aerial lift work
-Working from roofs and elevated platforms including inside a tree
-Dragging brush
-Other various duties common to the industry

Responsibilities, requirements, duties, and details of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Requirements-

-Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
-Clean background

Qualifications-

- Experience with Arbor Care and actively working in trees
- Knowledge of proper pruning techniques & removal practices
- Experience with advanced climbing and roping techniques
- Demonstrate experience with and knowledge of both residential and commercial arbor care systems.
- Demonstrate a solid work history with evidence of strong work ethic and initiative. 
- Possess a valid Florida driver's license and qualify for coverage under company auto policy.
- Ability to demonstrate communication skills necessary to perform residential service calls, to include; the use of communication devices such as cell phones for email and text messaging, handwritten notes to both customers and office staff, daily interactions with customers and office staff relative to service requests and concerns, and daily response to telephone inquiries.
- Possess and maintain a physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks including; operation of light & heavy duty equipment, lifting in excess of 50-100 lbs, and walking yards of varying size for the duration of the work day.
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with both employees and customers.
- Capable of meeting company production rates and standards.
